A private roundtable series with Sage
Adapt with confidence.
AI, workforce insight, data trust and growth are changing the decisions HR has to make.
How do you decide what to adopt, when to act and which evidence to trust? HR Insight Forum and Sage bring People leaders and specialists together to examine the choices that shape performance, employee trust and operational resilience.
Dates, venues and formats to be announced. Each conversation has its own carefully curated guest group.
Why this series
The cost of waiting shows up in the decisions.
An AI pilot becomes an operating decision. A workforce warning becomes a capacity problem. Conflicting reports hold up action. Growth exposes weaknesses between HR and payroll. These challenges reach beyond a single team or system.
The series brings the people responsible for People strategy, technology and data into candid discussion, so assumptions can be challenged before they become costly decisions. Each conversation examines a distinct pressure and what it means for the choices you face.

Who the series is for
For those accountable for what happens next.
For People leaders and those responsible for HR technology, HRIS, people systems and workforce data.
You might be shaping the People agenda, introducing technology, interpreting workforce evidence or keeping essential operations connected. Each session brings together people with direct responsibility for the challenge and experience of the decisions it creates.
- Relevant leadership or specialist responsibility
- A live decision, pressure or question to examine
- A willingness to challenge assumptions and share experience candidly

The roundtable experience
Challenge the assumptions behind your next decision.
Relevant expertise
Examine the same challenge from leadership, technology and data perspectives that do not always meet in everyday work.
Test the trade-offs
Compare where approaches have held up, where they have failed and what others would question before committing to a decision.
Take the discussion back to work
Leave with sharper questions, clearer priorities and perspectives to bring into the decisions your organisation faces.
In collaboration with Sage

Practical questions
Before you express interest.
Can I attend just one conversation?
Yes. Express interest in the session most relevant to you. Each guest group is curated separately; you do not need to attend the whole series.

What will the conversation be like?
A small, hosted discussion grounded in the questions and experiences of the people around the table. There are no slides, product demonstrations or sales pitches.
Is attendance complimentary?
Yes. Attendance is complimentary for invited guests.
